March’s, almost, end March 28, 2009
Well, sadly, I haven’t worked on anything “officially business related” in the last week/so. Been having a rough time(mentally) and trying to get kids(and us) back into the groove of work/school.
I have done some more networking stuff and edited out ALOT of excess clipart that I just wouldn’t use. I think God has a project in mind for me to do, so we’re still ironing out details. 
I have SOO many things that I’d like/have to do that I think I’m a bit overwhelmed. Can’t decide if I want to stitch, design, clean house, do bible study(probably need to do that the most) or work on the boys’ scrapbooks(kinda behind). Haven’t been much fun lately.
Pray for me to open my mind to God, not everyone else. Encouragement would also be helpful.

Info for this week:
I’ve been in contact w/another crafter about doing an exchange of designs. She’d like me to chart her designs into cross stitch in exchange for a website design/payment. Wouldn’t mind the website design, but I don’t have $$ for web hosting right now. Gotta think on that.
The family is going to Alpine, TX for the weekend to visit my S- and BIL, so we’ll be back Monday. I’m planning to take the laptop w/me and see what I can accomplish. Maybe I can network some. I have a really hard time w/that.
Well, gotta finish packing, p/u the boys from school and get ready to head out.
Drop a line sometime.

It is finished!! March 1, 2009
It only took me a month to finish designing a fairly detailed, commissioned-Christmas stocking with Noah’s ark. I completed it last night around 10pm and I must say…IT LOOKS AWESOME!!
My hubby and sons reviewed it for me and they all like it too. I’ve sent it to my customer for approval, so I’m waiting for that. I’m SOO nervous. This is the 2nd commission I’ve done…the 1st went well, so I’m hoping this one will too. A picture will come after I know she likes it.
I’ve thanked God alot the last week b/c I made HUGE progress on the stocking only after I asked for His blessing to be creative and dedicated to get it completed. Thanks again, Lord!!
Well, I think I’ll finish checking my email ‘n’ stuff and see what other kind of trouble I can get into. May start working on a logo…really need to make one I like.
